We want you to love your Evan & Co piece. If it isn't right, you can return it.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return any item that is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How to return
- Email support@evanandco.co.uk with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund you to your original payment method, normally within 5 working days. Unless an item is faulty, return postage is paid by you and original delivery charges are refunded only when the whole order is returned.
Exchanges
Want a different colour or size? Return the original item and place a new order. It's the quickest way to get the piece you want.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right with a repair, replacement or full refund, and cover the return postage.
Personalised items
Items personalised to your request can't be returned unless they're faulty.
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
