1. About us

This website is operated by Evan & Co ("we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at support@evanandco.co.uk.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place on evanandco.co.uk. Please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

3. Your order

When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging it. That email doesn't mean your order has been accepted. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or there's an error in its price or description, we'll tell you and either won't charge you or will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery within the UK is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we discover an obvious error in the price of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatching it, and you can cancel for a full refund.

5. Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Each product page lists its materials and dimensions.

6. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you.

7. Your right to cancel and our returns

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We also offer 30-day returns. Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to return an item and how refunds work.

8. Faulty items

We're legally required to supply goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty, contact us and we'll put it right as set out in our Return and Refund Policy and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Our responsibility to you

If we don't meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products. Our products are for domestic and private use, so we're not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

10. Your personal information

We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it.
